These Terms govern your use of bookskylinestays.com and any reservation you make with Skyline Stays. By using the site or booking a stay you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Reservations & payment

Booking is confirmed once payment is captured through Stripe. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are 18 or older.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation more than 14 days before check-in; 50% refund between 7–14 days; non-refundable within 7 days of check-in. Specific properties or promotions may state different terms.

House rules

Guests agree to the property's house rules, including check-in / check-out times, no smoking, no parties, no pets, and quiet hours. Violations may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Stays is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a stay.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
